Derek Smith

Manufacturing Manager

Derek began working with MML in September 1993 where he initially served his apprenticeship. In July 2007, he was promoted to Production Manager, and most recently he was promoted to Manufacturing Manager in January 2011. Derek is in charge of Health and Safety, production through the factory as well as the recruitment of new employees. Derek also works closely with our Engineering Department, in order to help with the desigining and production of new MML products.
